Eh? Main pipe from tank needs to go before pump not after it! At the mo it feeds between the old on and new one

wot i was thinking was block the large pipe and just use one of the small pipes to go from top of radiator to bottom of coolant bottle. That would allow expansion and refill of system, but without anything else....?

Got that, but if it can't feed ( they go in right at the top) the tank will fill and you'll end up with air going somewhere? Maybe?
do both small pipes go in at the top? it dont look like it?

It's actually only one, they both join just before the tank! But it is pretty much at the top well above the max level so won't feed coolant

have to figure out a way to block off the large pipe, and then run another from bottom of tank to radiator. or use a diff tank for trials?

Think that's unavoidable. It's been a bit of an experiment from the start really
