Anything is possible of course!

Depends how much oil it leaks (is the replacement oil used over the lifetime of the vehicle more than the cost of part replacement?), if the cooler is likely to fail completely then this is not an option; so then you either have the option of attempting a repair (difficult) or complete replacement, and I would say to obtain peace of mind replacement would be the better option, what are they £200?

Don't waste your time, replace the cooler and the pipes and have no worries. Had to replace mine when a pipe went and it was impossible to remove from the cooler.

got a replacement today gonna fit it tomoz now whats the best think for gettin dozel oil off drive ways

It's not doozel it's engine oil. Biological washing powder applied dry and left for a few hours followed by a wash off with hot water seems to remove oil from concrete quite well. Might need more than one go. Not sure how it will work in the freezing temperatures tho.
