Hi Chaps,

As avid readers of my posts will know, I have a little boat (and hence a Range Rover). Today we went out from Putney slipway which is liable to flooding at high tide. In the knowledge of this I parked up on the road well away from the slipway, and went off for a lovely trip.

Then returned, and saw this...

Now the last time this happened 4 years ago it wasn't so bad as it was a Discovery I

Nice looking car. Nice colour. :)

I'd have hidden my number plates though.

In light of this though is there anything that should be done asides from greasing the ujs? Time under water was probably an hour

Could maybe change your axle oils if your worried about water ingress but doubt its going to be an issue... People forget that Landys are covered in oil underneath thus repel water very well ;)

A P38.. Nothing.. If it was a D1, you could sit back and watch it disintigrate with rust :D

Pray?

Check the breather pipes are all attached at the bottom. If so, probably OK. Mine's been through worse. Salt water didn't affect it.

Why? I thought people only did that to prevent valuations when selling?

Stops cloning, as someone has already said. Yours looks almost exactly like mine and armed with those plates the congestion charge and the Dartford Crossing charge becomes a thing of the past for me ...
