Thought it might be a mistake booking it in on Friday 13th but it passed with no advisories:5bhurray:

The emissions were only 0.71 - that's less than half the acceptable limit, good old veg oil and 2 stroke!

Best start planning for next year...

200Tdi, it's running pretty good these days on a mix of diesel and veg oil, been trying 2 stroke oil in there too which seems to help

Sounds good - how much veg oil do you use with diesel - do you use new veg oil?

Up to a 50% mix, you will feel the difference if you go to far with it

I have a mate that supplies it, you can get it most places for £1 / L though

Thats good to know that she'll run on a 50% mix. Have you found any drawbacks.

None yet, it runs crap if you put to much in though!

Thanks - I do a fair bit of towing with mine (usually 2.5ton) and just wondered was there a noticeable drop in performance.

I tow a 1.5t mini digger, with the trailer / buckets etc it's around 2.5t and the 90 tows it fine. There's no real difference unless you mix too much in

Thats it decided I'm gonna give it a go - just have to source some cheap veg oil !!
