as above.

the med ones hold weight really well. i find the dampers too springy though, not very good. would buy springs again though.

yeah i got the springs and shocks (medium) and they have performed well so far, handles well on road as a bit stiffer, like griff said though dampers quite springy

How do you mean springy? Do they not damp the suspension properly?

I've got terrafirma on the disco

When I came to fit them, one shock went down about 30mm before any resistance, took it back and had to open three more boxes before finding one that felt okay.

If you go for them make sure they all feel the same.

they do need 'charging' before fitting as the oil settles out in them (so I am told) a few compressions/extensions sorts them out, gets the oil flowing and even.

Tried all that (had 70 mile round trip to swap it)

It had much less pressure and different rebound , other three I opened also felt wrong.

yeah might be worth mating the springs with a different set of shocks, the ome always get good reviews

you always need to prime the shocks, i would recomend you pump them up and down fully about 10 times to get the oil flowing properly before you fit them.
