Agree, cheap and easy to do inorl.New thermostat and bleed the system.
Check top and bottom hoses when 'up' to temp, if they're cool or cold and both similar temps to each other then I'd say thermostat failed open or non-existant.

You'll go far on here stupid cuunt. You should have ****mysister as a user name you inbred tw@t.
As long as the block and thermostat housing is hot then the rest may be cold.
It isnt uncommon for the top hose to be just warm and the bottom hose cold.
These engines dont heat up quick so you need a good thermostat.
Must say though that mine improved greatly when I put a new radiator on, cant think why that helped it to warm up.
