I did think that but then if that was the case i wouldnt be getting any fuel coming through the return pipe i would'nt have thought ?/?

think I'd try and re-bleed.....at the filter and injection pump to make sure there's no air anywhere, only takes a few minutes so nothing to lose

check for fuel at the injectors.......is she turning over freely?

also have you checked heater plugs.....how have you wired them up....though a 200 will usually fire up after a bit without unless its really cold
Havn't wired up the heater plugs yet as like you say i thought after some cranking it would fire up il have a go at wiring them
Yer i can here the stop solonoid click,
Im getting white smoke from the exhaust when i crank her iv wired the heat plug relay and i can hear it go ping.
But just no starting ??

Yer started first time on the key i think maybe the heat plugs arnt doing what there supposed to ?

do you have a high enough cranking speed and is solenoid staying open when cranking some wires go dead during cranking

HAHA you cracked it !!!
The fuel solonoid wire was saying it was live but then when cranking not getting anything, put the wire straight from the battery and she fired up straight away !!!!

your old coil feed is a good candiate for solenoid feed
