Hi Every 6 months or so I change the reversing light switch on the gearbox!

Is this normal for Discos and I will just have to live with it or can I remove the faulty switch and repair it, or shall I just keep buying a new one? or shall I reverse steering with one hand on the gearstick and hold it more firmly in reverse to get the light to Flippin stay on!!!

Eh is there a real quality switch to buy even?
