i'm currently fitting a tdci door to my early defender, i'm a few parts missing and want to order them, what chassis number did a tdci start from?

wouldn't of thought they would be any different than 300tdi or td5 tbh , the tdci took over from td5 in 2007 if that helps .
wiil ask a mate for the vin number (if he answers a text )

just looking on various websites, i can find the part, but there are loads of options at various chassis number changes and all the pics look the same lol

Tdci doors have a completely different door frame to tdi/td5's

There's a guy selling galvy doors and frames for tdi/td5's

just text me back he says from 7A onwards (hope that helps )
if its not got central locking or lecy windows would say they are the same though

superb thanks, at least i know where to start now. most of the websites only seem to go up to 2006 on the parts diagrams lol
