Hi again guys

Hoping a little advice but I think I know the answer already.

Had error code P0314-01 Cylinder balance control error using IID Tool so looked at the Injector comp values. At idle got what was shown in the attached pic.

Under load and above 30mph, all values drop to 0.

Is this likely 3x dead injectors?

Oooh, didn't you change some injectors recently?
This why we change them all to maintain balance

It does look like you may have further issues

I've seen values drop under load on a good few cars.
The values are for even idle, emissions and all kinds of "good boy diesel engine" shîte

No, never changed any but had to get them out to replace cam cover gasket.
Refitted with new copper gaskets and ensured the bores were spotless before they went back in.

Don't appear to have any idling issues or misfires etc, seems to be consistently smooth.

But new car to me by a few months and just trying to get everything right now rather than hitting potentially bigger issues down the line. Safe to say I'm learning a lot very very fast

You could try a leak off test and compare the returned fuel from the Injectors

any more than ten percent and it's replacement time.
