Hello All, can any one suggest what i can do with transfer box its just had oil change EP 80W90 but im stuck in hi it wont go in to neutral or low sprayed it with wd-40 still wont budge,i can move it left and diff lock light comes on but thats it thanks

ive just bought it couple months ago guy moved it to left no problems but said not to go in to low on the road surface so silly me didnt check it lol

you can put it in low on the road ok just wont go fast ,its either seized where spline shaft comes through top housing or detent seized in box ,remove linkage and see

Hi James,
How are you mate? Another thread on hear needs your help. He can't get into first and low keeps popping out unless you hold it in.

it was seized where spline shaft comes through top housing all rusty lol sprayed full can wd-40 on it worked on it for an hour with screwdriver managed to get it moving again re-greased it thanks for help.
