After having "one of those days" I'm in desperate need of one track rod balljoint nut for my td5 disco.
It's the fine pitch thread 18mm spanner fitting one, I got a new arm and one old nut is knackered and the new rod came with no nuts,and I'm stuck outside my garage, anyone help in Barnsley

Think you'll find it's M12x1.25 or 1.5

A fix would be to die the thread in to standard m12x1.75 and use a normal nut but I would recommend replacing the joint end ASAP

Dude find a 'fasteners' shop near you. I found one on an industrial estate a few miles from me. I walked in with the old nut and walked out with a new un, 50p, life saved!
