how can i check to see if there is air being sucked into the fuel system read that it may be the cause as well ?
i am actually thinking of putting a 300 tdi drive train due to frustration i guess u cant beat them for reliability how practical you think it maybe to do the swap ?

the only thing i noticed but maybe normal i dont know as im new to land rovers is the fuel gauge fluctuating while cranking just taught it may be a hint to an electrical problem ill be going to the garage that has the van in the morning to try the fuel line slice ill let you guys know thanks for all the help
