Right then.

I did a run from brum to surrey the other week and since then my TD5 has developed what can only be described as a loud "clicking" noise.

Its only evident when idling or when changing gear. But im assuming its there all the time i just cant hear it when normal driving.

Took the auxiliary belt off and started her up and all is fine so im assuming the issue is one of the auxiliary wheels or components.

Thought it was the tensioner as it was moving alot when idling, so i changed that today. But its still happening.

If anyone has any ideas, post em up please im open to sugestions.

Right ill change the spark plugs then and see if that sorts it! :doh:
