I am somebody looking for some advice, do you normally treat people this way?

I thought I might get a friendly response, it was an honest request for help and i did not expect your response, I am shocked!

Ignore them, the children will go to bed soon.

There are at least 2 makers of these air springs: Dunlop and the OE supplier Contitect.

The Dunlop ones have let down a number of customers and Paddocks are well aware there is a problem. Paddocks were supplying the Conti's as an alternative - don't know if they still are.
