Hi, a friend at work has recently purchased a 53 plate Td4 Freelander, yesterday whilst sitting in the car at traffic lights she noticed what she's described as blue/white exhaust smoke coming from under the bonnet, she got her son to take a look under the bonnet and he said it was coming from what looked like a breather pipe on the near side, the smoke then stopped and so far hasn't re-occurred, can anyone explain this or should she get it looked at ASAP?

Search for FBH (fuel burning heater) the exhaust is just infront of the near side front wheel. Sounds like its that!

Fuel Burning Heater. Do a search. If its that you havent got a problem.
