Oh dear!

I'm going to swing by a scrappie on Saturday afternoon. He has/had a couple of TD4s - What do you think it's worth?

If I find one I'll check on here with the old Blackberry to see if you have found one yourself.

If you do find one post on here immediately as I don't need a spare one.

Are you going to run your engine without the cover?

If so you may need to plug the screw hole on the left hand side i.e. farthest away from battery as the threads can go down into the cylinder head.
 
I just looked in my garage, because I have it off now. But it goes back on tomorrow.

these covers are around 120 quid at the dealers!!! i know cos mine was missing but i picked up an early cover that goes from the intercooler pipes right back to the air filter, 10 quid for the cover and a fiver at the dealers for the fixings :)

theres one on ebay at the moment...

Found a cover in Austria eh - well done. :)

I had a look at 3 TD4s in Aberdeen scrappie this morning - all the bits picked clean by the vultures that swoop as soon as they come in he says. :(

No sensors for me today. :(
