I have now sorted the problem with my fuel filter. Even though I sent Paddocks the correct info they sent me the wrong fuel filter. I managed to find all the info on the Freelander 2002.5 &2003/ Discovery 2003 model year update on http://calamarco.com/hippo/LRL0578ENG.pdf it's all there from Landrover.
