Hi all, been adding a fare few bits and pieces to the landy(gauges lights etc) instead of my scotch locking into ignition wires or anything that's live behind the dash is there anything that you can buy that simply works like a extension lead so whenever I need a live I can simply wire into a box type thingy,

you can buy piggy backs so that you can fit more than one wire per terminal or split insulation and solder a new wire to it

Consider using relays when adding extra stuff. The original switches and wiring may not be up to the extra load. I have relays on main and dip beam after going through two switches in about a year, pattern switches are that bad.

It will depend if you want permanent live or ignition live and what extra load you are going to add?
My battery is under the seat and I have added fuse holders in the seat box to feed additions have took extra supplies from battery terminal , but could be taken from starter motor solenoid to a fuse box.

I would run a feed from the battery to a 1 in 8 out fuse box, run a suitable heavy duty feed fused with a maxi fuse at the battery end.... although as suggested relays are a better bet if installing permenant items

Cheers Steve
