http://www.discovery2.co.uk/discovery_spec.htmlSo what ones comes with leather, heated seats and aircon?
thats up to you in when you looking to a great extent, some people just dont seem to have a good look underneath, wheel hubs ,fuel pumps ,fuel pressure regulators ,injector looms are common and easy to doJust don't want to buy something I cant fix myself, or a rust bucket, or a money pit.
Chassis are prone to rust, especially the rear quarter, they tend to crack down the seem due to the rust expanding out the internal joints.
Other than that not really any nightmare issues, just a few usual problems that are straightforward to sort.
Facelift is exactly that it has compound headlights and a different grill, rear lights are arranged slightly differently but not a lot else different. The lights get thieved quite often.
Facelifts also often have CDL, much better when on mud
If you want CDL, then make sure it is fitted and not just the label in front of the transfer box that shows how to engage the CDL even if it is not fitted.![]()
you can select difflock whilst in hi or lo ,moving or stoodPush to neutral, push left, then into which ratio you want, red light comes on warning it is in diff lock
center diff lock, because d2s have traction control, which works very well early d2s didnt have in cab use of cdl it was only used for roller testing with a prop removed, later boxes had the mechanism removed from the box completely and later still had it fully refitted with in cab useWhat is cdl?
