Hi I have a series 88 2a 1968 which I fitted a Chris Perfect front disc conversion not made any more. Very similar to the TI console conversion but using a different hub.
Does any one know what the brake calipers came from the brake pads are from a Mercedes van MB100, the calipers have 2 pistons and are 48mm dia.
These discs have worked very well for about 20 years but I think the caliper pistons are possibly seized, the discs have always been a great improvement over the original drum front brakes.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I think. Mine are from a Santana PS10, which is the Mk2 version. Hard to get these days, which is the real reason Heystee changed to LR parts. A good set-up though. In Mk2, pads come from Talbot Express Ducato van. Yours, if Mercedes are MB van, I have brochure for Mk1 Merc version somewhere
