Cooking oil or baby oil then washing up liquid. baby oil best for bitumen.

Used to use this stuff from Wurth. Best hand cleaner I know but the boss thought it was too expensive. Green swarfega isn't bad but you need to use hand cream otherwise your skin falls off.
