Hi I have the same suspension on the vehicle since new, it's getting a bit shall we say bouncy around corners, it's never failed an MOT on suspension. I've been advised the shocks are gone.
I was looking for some inspiration that would be a good replacement for the current system by way of an upgrade,

Genuine, sachs, kyb or some reputable brand will do.
Stay away from allmakes and britpart.
No options for fl such as bilstein b6. Monroe adventure on rears are monotube, nice to have.
