Right your all gonna think im completely thick by asking this but i have to ask... Ive just bought a set of 2" lift shocks and springs... Ive also ordered a set of 33 12.5 15 wheels and tyres... What i need to know is when i fit the suspension do i have to do a body lift as well? As in putting blocks between the chassis and body? Or do you just fit the suspension? Or do some people lift the body instead of the suspension? Im confused!!!

The suspension is just that, suspends the vehicle (body AND chassis) over the axles. A body lift is completley different and lifts the body form the chassis. Depends how much lift you want. 2" can be achieved easily using either method and you should be able to just fit your springs and shocks and be on your way. You may find in addition to this, your brake lines do not reach but I think this is a rare occurrence on a 2" lift. None of the suspension components whatsoever attach to the body, it's all mounted to the chassis.

Ive got the extended brake lines coming with the suspension sorry forgot to mention that!

Is it worth doing the suspension lift as well as the body lift taking into consideration the size of the wheels and tyres?

Really appreciate the advice by the way :)

33" tyres are not small but as your in for a penny now just fit everything and drive up a slope with one wheel on something high and see if your rubbing anywhere. Chances are a camel cut is required do a google to see how.
A lift rarely eliminates any rub on big tyres so cutting usually required

Yeah ive got no issue with chopping her up... Just wondering whether i needed to do both types of lifts body as well as suspension

Both or either, choice is yours with the only deciding factor being how big the tyres are and whether they'll rub. Which at 33" they will. If you lift suspension any more you will start affecting other areas, such as prop angles and steering/camber. Body lift gets around this, and your steering linkage will be ok, but you also need to look at seatbelt mounts and gear levers.
