Hi all, how have you fixed front numberplate onto the vent flaps? May sound stupid but just cant work it out! Double sided tape sounds abit crap?? cheers! Hahaa

why does double sided tape sound crap? as long as you get the proper 3m double sided foam designed for applying number plates and both surfaces are completely flat you will be fine. ive used it to fix a number plate onto my mini, better than drilling holes in the number plate or car which will lead to water ingress.

double sided tape is fine. buy the correct stuff..... halfrauds sell it..... make sure both surfaces are clean and dry and line it up properly, coz it will be a bugger to get orf.

Once its fitted with the proper stuff you rarely get your plate off in one piece. It sticks well don't worry.
