Hi all

I have a lot of condensation when I start my 2a SWB and I think that there maybe a weeping head gasket so I think its head off again and get it skimmed.

But I was thinking why do we use water as a coolant?
Could we not fill the radiator with engine oil ?
this would still move heat away from the cylinder head and it would have the advantage of not causing rust and if it did leak it would not contaminate the engine oil.

When I think about it it has more advantages than disadvantages to using oil.
Is this a stupid question and I'm missing something?
