Yes. The new RR's have smaller hubs though, as such, you need the hub-centric ring thingies if you want to fit newer RR wheels to a P38. You also need the newer nuts.

The stud pattern is the same, but that doesn't mean they fit. You need some type of spacer or spigot the prevent the studs taking too much of the weight.
