So yesterday as stated, I came home stuck in 4th gear on a suffix D gearbox. I have taken out the 1/2 and Reverse selectors but the 3rd and 4th one wont budge. I have tried pushing on the syncromesh and it all moves freely.

As she was stuck in 4th, is there anyway to engage 3rd to remove the selector?

you will have to remove gearbox and remove bell housing centralise hub remove 3/4 selector removesynchro hub and fit 3 x rtc1956 or complete hubfrc6996

Is there no other way? Maybe it can be freed by engaging 3rd somehow?
