Hello all,

I've been wanting to get a straight through pipe for a while now and have just found this one on ebay:
LANDROVER 90 300TDI CENTRE BOX REMOVAL PIPE JANSPEED on eBay (end time 22-May-11 13:55:29 BST)

I had a look through the bloke's feedback and noticed that he had only bought it on the 3rd of April this year; he's stated in the description that it's done less than 50 miles.

I've asked him why he's only had it on for just over a month; waiting for a reply.

Just looking to get some thoughts on this really; is it worth fitting one?
It states that it should fit 97-99; will it fit my 96?

I've had a look at my current set up and I don't think the JanSpeed will fit mine:

no, the janspeed one is a straight swap for the stock part, which yours really isn't. I quite like it though.
Propper straight through is really a bit loud... mine was for a while, but it got an MOT and i never got stopped by it. Put a boy racer back box on it, just to take the edge off. Sounds nice now, but it aint quiet.

I de-catted mine and straight through and new boxed rear section. All brand new from Devon 4x4 for about £112. I picked up as I live real close.

@Steve-o, did you get the whole lot for that price?

Do you both have any piccies of your exhausts for me to compare?
I quite like how mine is set up and dont know if I fancy cutting it in bits...

this is all the weight that lived under my 90.. got rid of the boxes and put a straight through...

then, got rid of the back box and welded a straight through pipe with bits of exhaust I had laying around...
