Hi all I want to replace my current stereo with a GPS unit but it must connect to the harmon Cardon amps and steering wheel controls I would also like it to connect it to my iPhone does anyone have any suggestions ? Don't mind a fixed screen double din unit if it can fit in neatly

This is a challenging topic. It's possible but not easy. Presumably you've used the search function as this is something that has definitely been discussed before.

depending on year of your range rover you may need a radio lead from nexia which allows you to use your p38 speakers and amps ..I fitted a alpine head unit just to use my iphone and love it really nice sound ..iam sure they do one that allows steering wheel controls just ring em .. they was a story on interweb jyst search p38 stereo swap a bloke in the states did a very very nice job on his and sold the facis plates ..hope this helps

I've got one of these fitted:

Blaupunkt Amsterdam

Doesn't require a speed sensor input (which the majority of aftermarket ones do) so very easy to install.
