I have the Harman Kardon setup in my TD4, but only have sound from front tweeters?
All plugs and wiring look fine, could it be the Amp at fault?

No. It'll be the main drivers in the doors, or the connections too them. The tweeters are fed off the same wires, so that proves the wiring to the doors.
