noticed a wobble on the front driver side wheel when i go over rough roads or speed bumps, been underneath but all looks ok, only thing ive done is try an get the ;panhard rod bolt out but couldnt so put it bk together an left it, any ideas?

If it's just one side, then it's wheel bearings or swivels.
If it's both sides, start with drop-arm ball joint.
