My 1987 Range Rover Classic V8 steering wheel is getting past its sell by date with the outer core moving on the inner rim.
Decided this will be a good opportunity to change to an after market steering wheel and boss kit.
Read that i need to count the splines to be sure i order right boss kit.
Anyone know where to source a suitable boss kit for this model.
Any advice appreciated.

Be very careful what you chose, some aftermarket steering wheels are not considered suitable by MOT testers. I can remember getting an advisory a few years ago when testing an old RRC fitted with an AM wheel installed by the car's previous owner, I went straight to my (then) local LR scrappy & bought the real thing.

will keep that in mind
just getting the info on how many splines and shaft diameter
so far got 36 splines and 17 mm but needing to get confirmation on that
thanks for the advice
