you honestly dont need them your more likely to hurt youself doining it with compressors jack chassis put vehicle bottle jack between axle and chassis remove shocker nuts not turret and jack axle down till able to remove spring
 
i'm gettin hold of some 2" lift blocks to go under the springs..

just thought it mite be easier to put them on the spings then jack chassis up, would only have to jack it a couple of inch to get blocks in..

If your doing that dont forget to undo the rear brake hose T piece mount on the axle ( 10 mm )( not the brake lines , you'll figure it out when u get under there :D ).
Otherwise you'll over stretch your brake hose ( axle will hang on it ) .
 
Used the to do the front of mine, had no problems, just be a bit careful, as has already been said on this thread, theres hell of a lot o stored enegy in those springs, and it would be nasty if they let go.
