Speedo stopped working. Where would I find the sensor for it?

Having consulted our crystal ball and found you drive a Disco1 ...

but what age and other details are foggy ...

a Rave is suggested

Only four things to look at the electrical plug connections, the speed sensor and link cable or the speedo head itself.

The transducer is on the side of the Transfer Box, it's held with a single Allan screw.

The part no. for a replacement is AMR1253 Transducer Speed and the O-ring seal is 571665 ...

I believe -

From VIN MA081992 the speed sensor is fitted on the side of the transfer box fixed with a single allen bolt, part number is or was AMR1253

Sorry guys was in a rush! Its a 300tdi manual. Is it easyier to access underneath or from under the center console?
