OK, I've fitted me sliders an me noo set of Machos in silver wheeley thingies. Couple of pics of before and after so you can see what they're like.

Where they're attached to the b/head main bolt, a pice of 5x80mm strip steel is welded on and shaved 6mm off the top for clearance. Then using an angle grinder a small notch is cut so it doesn't foul the metal piece that it the footwell frame. Hole drilled and filed, then bolted up under tension with yer jacking tube at the rear.

Excellent, any chance of a more detailed pic of the back bracketrey stuff to the outrigger. An have you done owt about a tank guard yet?
 
Aye, first piccy was wif the old rims an tyres that got ferked at Tong the other week.

Will take some more detailed pics of the detail around the b/head mount and the rear mount when daylight comes again. Will take a piccy or 2 of the finished item as well (it correlates to the drawings I sent you a while ago) when I take them off to give 'em another coat of Plastikote
 
Av got a nice set o' them little mini step thingies like you see shelf stackers using in the back ;)
 
how about them special Landrover access ladders wot are designed fur climbing on the roof - thems wud look good on them sliders;)
