Can't you do what Jeremy Clarkson did with the Toyota when they (allegedly) sailed across the English Channel on Top Gear (watch this)? Just fill it up under the bonnet with expanding foam - although I remember he had a few overheating issue...

trouble is, they only make them fer 4" and 6" pipe.
