Hi y'all,

I'm looking to put a snorkel on my Defender 90. I'm checking out Rebel for parts and some are called Safari Snorkels and some are just called raised air intake. What's the difference if any? Can anyone help me? cheers guys.

Snorkels and raised air intakes both do the same job.

Have you had a look on PADDOCK MOTORS website ?????

They stock them and have at present got a sale on !!!!!

Safari do look the best, infact they look pretty awesome..... But, the tops (airintake) are also a favourite for getting nicked/stolen.
Got a mushroom top myself, does the job and was easy to install, saying that.. applying sealant to the joints leading to the air filter was a pain.

Ended up with the mushroom top - much cheaper! no problems fixing it to the Landy (cos a mate did it for me, teehee learnt a few new swear words though!!). Just want to take her through some water now!
