There is a whitbread challenge frame under that, how could he think his additions were a good idea.
Would be a good starting point to build something but needs to be a lot cheaper.

I'm not sure about the national consensus on the issue. I'm assuming that Washington state will be next to pass laws allowing recreational pot usage.
When the revenues from Colorado's 25% tax on cannabis sales start rolling in, it may whet the appetites of other states to follow suit.
Like how Colorado is doing it. Taxed and controlled like booze. Taxes go for schools
