Hi i have a 200tdi that will not rev and thows out white unburnt fuel smoke.I have changed the head gasket,cleaned out the fuel lines,changed the fuel injection pump,changed the timeing belt.It is timed up as per the manual,i have also swore at it and still its the same, any ideas?.

Low compression I would reckon. This causes the diesel to fire 'late', rather like retarded ignition. You will need to beg or borrow a diesel compression tester, one which uses the glow plug holes. I don't know about the 200tdi, but the 300tdi should give 24 bar when new. 20 is ok, but less than that can be a problem. You may get away with changing the rings and honing the bores rather than a complete rebore.
When testing compressions, do NOT inject oil in the cylinders as it will go into the holes in the tops of the pistons and possibly hydraulic the engine, which will bend the con-rods. The cavity in the piston is the only combustion chamber. I just mention this because some books on petrol engines suggest doing a 'dry' and a 'wet' test and comparing the figures.

For that to happen suddenly to a engine which is running fine.... Hmmmm
It can't be sudden low compression. Maybe one injector is faulty? Run the engine and undo each injector nut. It's a bit messy, but if you undo one injector and it doesn't make much difference that one could be at fault. Otherwise something could have gone wrong with the pump internally, or (and I doubt this) the cam belt has slipped a tooth. The reason I doubt that last is that normally the engine will not start if a tooth out on the crank or the injector pulley. The camshaft pulley doesn't make much difference. More thoughts, maybe you got some bad diesel and it is blocking the fuel filter? This should be a rare occurrence in the UK.
You could have blown the head gasket - check for pressurisation of the coolant bottle, loss of coolant etc.
