Yesterday morning I jumped into the landy as usual but she was difficult to start - the engine turned over as usual but she didn't fire for 30 seconds. Same last night and today.

Just been back to start her having arrived back home an hour ago and she started fine.

The issue is: if left the engine turns over but doesn't start for 30 seconds. Once running she can be restarted easily.

Immediate thoughts: fuel starvation?

Any thoughts?

Quick and simple things first. Check battery voltage and your alt is working. Check glows are working.

I'd be looking at fuel 1st....sounds like it's having to bleed itself after standing.

Just checked:

Battery is fine
Battery is charging

However one of the fuel lines between the injectors is dripping fuel - I'll order new.

mine has been doing the same thing.but i think the battery is on its way out ?

Check it with a volt meter when cold and when running.
