just wondering does anyone know if there are such a thing as a diesel light on a 00 reg freelander to tell u if she's low on fuel.

any ideas appreciated thanks.

There definitely is on a 2004....

(Sorry, that hasn't really helped)

well dixie, there is on a 2002 td4 its yellow and glows for 2 seconds when ignition is turned on then goes out till its needed to show low fuel level .....it is located on the bottom of the fuel guage itself .

mine (L Series) is from April 2000 and it has no "low fuel warning light"

when it come on you have approx 4and a half - 5 ltrs left

I haven't got one on my '99 XEI petrol neither, they didn't fit them til 2000'ish
