Morning all and HELP!! Been under Betsy this mornin lookin to fit some chequer plate sills but the piece they bolt too is too far gone whats the name of this piece?

Iv bloody searched fer ages and keep coming up with rock sliders but i need the piece that you fit sills or rock sliders to or steps and that bolts onto the bottom of your bulkhead? Does this make any feckin sense?? Cheers Pete
