I know some think we are all sykic but what disco (I presume) and which trim, piccy would help. if its door ones you will prob. struggle as they come with adhesive already on

. yes I do mean the door trims its on a 300tdi xs:
the came off fairly easy but kind of curled up at the same time and won't go flat again

not sure what they are called but prob. need new ones.just had quick look cant find em but must be about with wright name for part

thankyou both, any ideas on getting them straight again though, tried a few different things but they just keep springing back to a curve
Have you tried taking the old tape off!!
as it stretches, when you take the trim off, it curls ... take the 'glue' off and it should settle down ...

I hope thats it, I've been trying to get it flat first before getting the remnants of the old tape off, I shall give that a go in the morning

Well, excellent call that was, spent ages stripping the old stuff off and they went almost flat by themselves, then the good lady said she would iron them for me (I thought she was joking) she wrapped each in a tea towel and ironed them slowly and now I'm left with some perfectly flat side trims :amen: just got to order some tape now for when they go back on
