Hi I am new to forum. my discovery 3 has the aluminium side step trims and one trim has come off. does anyone know if it possible to purchase just this part and where frm?
 
comment and tone noted. But they only sell complete steps by the pair! expensive! I just thought you guys might be aware of breakers etc who specialise in landrover..
 
:welcome2:Could try cws or seach google as there is lots on there. nearer to your location
 
Thanks landy 1 uk. I am unfamiliar with buying spares so was not aware of CWS, could only find new on google.

I had same problem when looking for bits for one of mine and kept getting new so i typed in salvage yards. I know of one in sandy I was lookin for them but cws kept coming up e-mail what you are looking for there are other companies I think cws are the main ones
 
Thanks landyman1uk. i have had several landrovers and love them dearly but due to severe spinal injury am unable to work on them myself. So never have to source spares as for servicing etc., happy to pay local specialist but they, like me, could only find new by the pair and I have only lost alloy trim from 1 step so cost seems drastic! but as it spoils the look of car I wanted to rectify it. Your help is greatly appreciated. thanks. for the benefit of others I am vaguely familiar with landrover themselves and have a minor knowledge of the mystique of search engines!
