Don’t think I could get a 20T press under here but Not anywhere near that to come out just patience and an hammer. Gentle taps bit of heat maybe. Mine have been greased up and looked after but outside cap will still be stuck. New ones will be pressed in by hand with a Gcramp thing with a trigger I borrowed, not tapped about

One thing I did forget in my haste - I wanted to change it round so all the nipples line up on the shaft, but since I got carried away marking everything up it ended up going back same

I think you will find that the UJ's are supposed to be out of phase.
