not sure if same or not.

the pulleys are the adjuster, far left, idler, just under it, and the idler on the other side under the aircon pump.

numbers 1, 2 and 4.

number 2 now has a modified steel pulley instead of the plastic version.
pulley on number 1, adjuster, only comes with adjuster.
number 4 is a steel pulley under air con and P/ST pump/

not a problem. :)

did make 1 mistake, the pulley on the adjuster is plastic! its the bugger underneath which is now metal. the idler. thats the 1 that went on mine. but i changed them all to be on the safe side. adjuster included.

heres what was left of mine.

I can't find an all metal idler wheel though Island have one like the broken one in your pictures and one with a metal drum in the centre surrounded by a plastic or maybe rubber doughnut... is this the right one?

Link to it here if that's allowed... Britpart Idler

Also can anyone on here tell me which belt I need if I PM them my chassis number?

Thats the same as the older ones. Give JLS in Willenhall a call. They do the later type. IFRC, the only difference in the belts is 4.0 / 4.6 with or without air con.

Hope this helps you. :)

Cool, thanks. I'll give them a bell on Monday and thanks for the tip on the belt.

Is there a separate belt for the a/c on a 2.5 Diesel? , I found the belt so will do it 2morrow, you just have to take the cowling off from the top dont you? (I know about the tensioner)
