And the original jeep was ****. We copied it, decided it was still **** and then made our own

THIS put a big smile on my face this morning! Loved it.

All true about Tratters too (and I still want one!). I like to have "personal relationship" with my cars, and Jeeps and Tratters need that.

Retirement is nice:D :D

I don't like it!

I retired TWICE. First time in 1995 from the military (I was 40 at the time, and bored to DEATH after I took the uniform off!), second retirement was in 2010 from business, and I took couple of years off (both times), traveled, and lived in different parts of the world for 4-6 months at the time. Came back and started to look for "something to do" right away! I'm doing some consulting couple of days a week. Wife doesn't want to quit working (she is in her mid 40s), and I CAN'T spend the whole day with horses and dogs. Making "moves", and making money makes me feel "complete", I guess.
Just don't want to have my own companies any more (especially in CA!). Too many "egg suckers" out there (government agencies) to share my profits with.

Brilliant! of course us Brits appreciate these kind of American songs being landy owners
they can not understand it being J-----------------p owners, no I can not say that full word
Je--------------p

I did that also did 20 and went to work in construction and farmings, waited till 60 and a little bit. Thanks for your service

Trophy wife?

Move east where land prices are better and more sincere people. Snow is not to bad, just dress right. Carhartt is your friend;)

No, the one before this one was a "trophy" I imported from Germany. She'll be 37 this year (I shipped her back while still under warranty!). I am moving to Continental Divide in the Spring (maybe sooner). Right on the old Lewis and Clark trail. And I'm no stranger to the cold (originally from MN).
