I found this photo on the internet.

It is apparently located at Ad Dakhla in Western Sahara

Criminal! We should declare war over that.
I'm sure all the useful bits have been pillaged but it would be nice to have a scratch around there. Tool box and sun cream, I could pass an hour happily.

wonder how many are there.

i'll bet the good bits have been robbed out too

as it is presumably hot and dry I wonder how the chassis and bh's are

tried to find it on google maps but can't see anything obvious in dakhla and the resolution isn't too good when you zoom in

Wonder how much to buy them all and ship back, but as said bet all the good stuff has gone

I also wondered about the condition of the chassis and bulkheads in that environment.

Could it be worth re-importing a load of original fairly rust-free bulkheads?

if its near the coast pull up in a big ship and see how many you can load before any military types turn up with guns :D

You could probably buy a load of them for very little in hard currency such as US Dollars.

I would think that the problem with doing anything in Western Sahara is that it is a disputed area.

If anyone wants to try and bring back a container load of bulkheads, I would say go for it.

Easier to get then into the UK than into the US ...
