It falls from the sky as rain.


And probably seeps past your door seal.

A few possibles
Windscreen to bulkhead seal or the door seal. Possible for it to come in via the windscreen to roof seal and run down

Its a classic point where S3's leak, one or all of the above posts, mine does it too.

can also come through where those bolt things that the hinges on pass through the bulkhead, I had a proper river coming thru one of mine

Get a tube of clear sillycunt and run a bead along the outside, between windscreen frame and bulkhead (under the lip). Also make sure the hinge and lock clamp bolts are tight.
Swat I did and its dry...........................

Never had a leak in my series 3......
Never take it out in the rain.....
